Ownership

The QYROVIA name and logo, our product photography, print and pattern artwork, written descriptions, page layout and source code are owned by QYROVIA FABRICS PRIVATE LIMITED or licensed to us, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Designs Act, 2000.

What you may do

View, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Share a product link on social media. Quote a short extract with attribution and a link back.

What you may not do

Reproduce our photographs in your own listings or catalogue. Use our name, logo or product images in advertising without written permission. Copy our print or pattern designs. Scrape the catalogue, prices or images by automated means. Frame the site or present our content as your own.

Reporting an infringement to us

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, send a written notice to info@qyroviafab.com with the subject "IP takedown notice", containing:

1. Your name, address, email and phone number
2. Identification of the work you say is infringed, with proof of your ownership
3. The exact URL on our site where the content appears
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised
5. A statement that the information is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them
6. Your signature, physical or electronic

We acknowledge within 48 hours and act within 36 hours of confirming a valid complaint, as required under the IT Rules, 2021. We will notify the uploader where the content was user-submitted, and give them a right of reply.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was wrong, reply to the takedown email with your reasons and evidence. We will review and, if the removal was mistaken, restore the content and tell you.

User-submitted content

Reviews and photographs you upload remain yours. You confirm you own them or have permission to post them, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display them on the site and in related marketing. You can withdraw a review at any time by writing to info@qyroviafab.com.
