1. Who you are dealing with

This website is owned and operated by QYROVIA FABRICS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, North Block, ANo-312, Astra Towers, 2C/1, Rajarhat, New Town, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal 700161, India. References to "we", "us", "our" and "QYROVIA" mean that company. References to "you" mean the person browsing or buying.

Our CIN and GSTIN are printed on every tax invoice we issue.

2. Accepting these terms

Browsing, registering, or placing an order means you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the other policies linked in the footer. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the transaction.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us at info@qyroviafab.com immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account that is being used for fraud, for resale in breach of these terms, or in a way that harms other customers.

We do not store your card number, CVV or PIN. Card details go directly to a payment gateway that is PCI-DSS compliant and, where tokenisation applies, are stored as an RBI-mandated token by the network, not by us.

4. Products, colour and measurement

We photograph every piece in daylight and describe the fabric honestly. Even so, screens render colour differently, and dyed natural fibres vary between batches. A small variation in shade, weave density or slub is characteristic of the material and is not a defect.

Measurements are given in centimetres and are taken flat, garment-measured, with a tolerance of about 2 cm for cut-and-sew items and about 3 cm for bedding after the first wash. Handloom and hand-finished pieces carry irregularities by design.

Weights, thread counts and GSM values are nominal mill specifications.

5. Price, tax and errors

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless the product page says otherwise. The applicable rate is derived from the HSN classification of the item and is itemised on your invoice as CGST and SGST (for deliveries within West Bengal) or as IGST (for deliveries to any other State or Union Territory).

Delivery charges and any cash-handling fee are shown before you pay and are added on top of the item price.

Despite our care, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description. Where the error is obvious and unmistakable, and could reasonably have been recognised as a mispricing, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We are not obliged to sell at the incorrect price.

6. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement of that offer, not acceptance of it. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods, and it covers only the items we actually dispatch.

We may decline an order, in whole or in part, if the item is unavailable, if we cannot verify your details, if the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, if the order looks fraudulent or intended for unauthorised resale, or if a pricing or description error has occurred. If we decline after you have paid, you get a full refund.

7. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery timelines, serviceable areas and shipping charges are set out in our Delivery and Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed to you or to a person at your delivery address. Title passes when we have received payment in full. For cash-on-delivery orders, both pass on delivery against payment.

8. Cancellation, return and refund

Your rights to cancel, return, exchange and be refunded are set out in the Cancellation Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. What we are responsible for

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, or for damage caused by your failure to follow the care instructions supplied with the product.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, civil unrest, epidemic, flood, cyclone, fire, act of God, failure of public infrastructure, courier network failure, or a change in law or government restriction. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery timeline or, at your choice, cancel and refund the order in full.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, prints, patterns, the QYROVIA name and mark, page layout and source code — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, use our photographs in your own listings, or use our marks without written permission. Automated collection of our catalogue, prices or images is prohibited.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to post unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing material, to impersonate anyone, to probe or attack our infrastructure, to introduce malicious code, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may remove content and terminate access without notice where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.

Reviews you submit are your own. By posting one you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site and in related marketing. We may decline to publish, or may remove, a review that is abusive, off-topic, contains personal data, or appears to be incentivised.

13. Third-party links and services

The site links to payment gateways, courier tracking and social platforms operated by others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, which is governed by their own terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and we keep the "last reviewed" date current. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before going to court, please raise the matter with our Grievance Officer — details are in the Grievance Redressal Policy. Most complaints are resolved there. You also retain your right to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the e-Daakhil portal.

16. General

If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. This contract is between you and us; nobody else may enforce it.
